Refund Policy
Any item purchased at MELI + LALI through our website, may be returned within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of order. Product exchanges will only be accepted in exceptional cases.
PRODUCT CONDITION
For the return to be accepted by MELI + LALI the following requirements must be met:
That the product has not been used.
That the product has not suffered any damage due to improper use.
That it is in the same condition in which it was delivered: retaining both its original packaging, as well as all the initial contents of the same.
That the original packaging has not been written on, marked or contains any glued elements.
MELI + LALI reserves the right to refuse any return, in the event that the above guidelines are not met.
If your return is refused, the customer will have 3 months to pick up and / or remove your order from the central facilities (The collection costs are borne by the customer). If the package has not been picked up within 3 months, it will be delivered to the children's charity that MELI + LALI considers most appropriate.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If the reason for the return is due to a manufacturing defect of the product or an error in shipping, the cost of collection of the product will be borne by MELI + LALI. And the following process will be followed:
You must report such defect or error by sending an email to envios@melimaslali.com with the subject "Return by defect" or "Return by error". In this email you must indicate the following:
Name and surname of the person who placed the order.
Order number (It appears in the order confirmation email).
Item to be returned
Reason for return (In case of defect, you must attach a minimum of 2 photographs that corroborate the return)
Date of order and date of receipt of the package (attach a copy of the delivery note from the courier company if possible).
Once we check your email and verify what happened we will contact you within a maximum period of 5 days to arrange the shipment of the defective product to our offices, remember that this shipment must meet the following requirements: The defective product must be in its original packaging, and the packaging must be in good condition: Neither written, nor with shipping labels attached, nor broken. So the product must go in a shipping bag or box Inside the package must be a copy of the invoice of the order.
Exceptions:
No returns will be accepted for damage or wear and tear caused by the use of the products, or by improper use of such products.
Once the merchandise is received and in accordance with the above requirements, within a maximum period of 5 days you will be sent a product equal to the one you ordered, if the product is not in stock, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product or products to be returned, will be paid by the same payment method used.
The amount will be reflected in your account within approximately 7-15 working days, from the moment you have received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.
Otherwise, if the reason for the return is any other reason that differs from the above, you must follow the following instructions:
Before making the return you will have to send an email to envios@melimaslali.com with the subject "Return". In this email you must indicate the following:

When we receive this email we will give you the approval to proceed with the return. Follow the product condition instructions above and pack the product you wish to return.
A copy of the order invoice must be enclosed in the return package. Any return that does not contain a copy of the invoice will not be accepted. Send the package through the postal service you consider convenient (If you choose CORREOS, make sure it is CERTIFIED in order to have a tracking of the package). Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We recommend that you keep a proof of shipment as it may be necessary in the process.

Shipping Policy
Shipments will be made to the delivery address indicated by courier. At the moment of formalizing the payment of the order, you will be able to see the cost of the shipment and the estimated delivery time.
Delivery times are indicated in working days unless otherwise indicated. The delivery times indicated are effective from the moment the order is confirmed, except for orders placed:
On weekends, which will be shipped the following Monday (or, if a holiday, the next working day).
Later than 17:00, which will be shipped the next working day.
In any case, Meli+Lali will send the customer a tracking number to know the status of the order at all times through the Internet.
