How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We work to ship orders as soon as possible.
For the Peninsula and Portugal, the order can take from 24 to 72 working hours.
For shipments to the Canary Islands the order may take 5 working days for delivery.
For international shipments depending on the country may take 3-4 working days

What payment methods are available?

What do I do if the product is currently out of stock?
If a product is currently out of stock, you will see that there is the possibility to click on "Join the list". This way you will receive an email as soon as the item is available again.

How do I return or exchange a product?
If your purchase does not match what you expected, you can request an exchange or a refund by sending an email with the details to info@melimaslali.com. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. As long as the products are in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with tags and have not been used. You will have to send the items to our offices and we will assume the cost of the new delivery in case of exchange.
What does the product warranty cover?
The warranty of any product covers manufacturing faults and not those caused by external agents such as rubbing, knocks, shocks, etc.
