Tips for getting your baby to sleep through a good part of the night

Parents are learning to identify what's best for their child, but we've all asked ourselves at least once, "How do I get my baby to sleep through the night?
My top three recommendations for getting your baby to sleep several hours straight through the night, and for you to get a good night's rest, are as follows:
Swaddle him
For baby's first few months, it really helps if you swaddle him with a blanket so he feels safe and warm like he did when he was in the womb.
Bathe him
Warm water and your caresses will relax him and help him sleep.
Get him used to it
Although routines are not eternal and you will have to renew them from time to time, they are the secret for your baby to associate that bedtime has arrived. You can turn off the lights, play music to lull him to sleep, put him to bed next to a stuffed animal he likes, read him a story or sing him a song. The important thing is that you always do it at the same time and in the same way.
You will identify what works best to put him to sleep according to the situation.
